I have continued (trying my best at) reading a book per week and so far I’m still impressed by #InvisibleWomen by @ccriadoperez ...
Caroline examines different elements of the modern world that appear to be designed with less consideration for women: transportation systems, medical devices and treatments (!), tax structures, consumer products, even the smartphones and voice-recognition technologies we use every day. It’s truly an eye opening read for everyone, and if I may add, especially for men who keep shushing feminism because “we do have equal rights”. Do you have any thoughs on this?

Have you made any new resolutions?✨
I haven’t and that’s mostly because I believe change is something that can happen anytime and we don’t need to wait until the end of the year to fully embrace it. ...
That said, if there is one thing that we can universaly do better this year than that’s the way we treat our planet. Let’s reduce using toxic chemicals in our home (deterdgents, cleaning and desinfekting products), reduce buying single use plastics, be more conscious about wasting food and accumulating clothes in our closet that we’ll only wear once! 💫

1. Plan your meals in advance.
2. Buy only the amount you need.
3. Store food properly.
3. Look, smell & taste before throwing away.

What a year this was! I moved twice, from Cambridge back to Zurich and then to #NewYork ! An ongoing adventure with the #CityThatNeverSleeps where I am both challenged and inspired almost on a daily basis... 💫

Moving to #NYC was a big step for Christoph and me, where we built a beautiful life together and became a stronger and better couple for it ✨

2019 was a year of change but also very tough personally. It is exhausting to live the nomad life I’ve been doing the past several years and I realized it leaves no space for reflection. The last couple of months were the first time I got enough time to look back, appreciate the journey I have had and yet to realize, certain paths I have set for myself are not the ones I feel worth taking anymore... And there came a little personality crisis, something I’m still struggling with, but I’m hopeful 2020 will bring the answers ✨

Christoph’s family is visiting us here in #NewYorkCity and we couldn’t be happier! We loved exploring #NewYork during #ChristmasTime but there is nothing better than sharing a good meal with your loved ones, am I right? ☺️
Christmas Eve is actually Christmas in Switzerland and we celebrated with traditional raclette dinner ✨ Today is Christmas in Croatia and we will be having family over for a a course of arambaši, a traditional meal from my hometown #Sinj in #Croatia ✨
